Join us at School of Ballet RI and immerse in one of our day camps for children ages 4 and up. These enriching and engaging experiences are designed to explore movement, music, choreography, set design, costuming, and the great ballets! Each camp is divided into 3 age levels and will include a daily ballet class, with activities and lessons relevant to the camp’s theme.

In Code4Bots STEAM Camp, young innovators will explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through hands-on building challenges.

Mystic Seaport Museum offers a number of summer camps and programs that provide a unique learning adventure! Our wide selection of Summer Day Camps offers campers ages 4 to 16 a kid’s-eye-view of maritime history as they explore the Museum. Community Sailing day camps let kids ages 6 to 15 build and refine their sailing skills with our sailing instructors out on the Mystic River. Our residential, Joseph Conrad Overnight Camp invites campers 8 to 15 to spend a week with us, learning to sail by day, doing fun maritime themed activities in the evenings, and sleeping aboard a historic ship by night. And teens 15 and up can sail along the coast as part of the crew of the schooner Brilliant. Select the camp that best suits your children and give them a summer to remember at Mystic Seaport Museum! Back by popular demand! Our Seaport Sea Stars program introduces young sailors ages 6 and 7 to the concepts of wind, balance, and basic sailboat controls in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Instruction takes place in shallow water and light wind to help campers build confidence and discover that sailing is exciting—not intimidating. Campers should feel comfortable wearing a lifejacket (required whenever they are near or on the water) and have some basic comfort swimming or floating. This class is taught in Prams—small, single-sail boats similar to Optis—by an experienced U.S. Sailing–certified instructor and a Red Cross–certified lifeguard. Lessons are tailored to each camper’s maturity level, with assistance from Counselors in Training, who may sail with campers as needed. Our goal is for our littlest sailors to leave with new friends, new skills, and the joy of knowing sailing is fun.

Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport Museum are sailing the Mystic River together again! Participants in this joint camp start their day at the Aquarium with hands-on programs to learn about what lives in and around the Mystic River by meeting with husbandry staff and peeking behind the scenes, as well as the conservation of local aquatic ecosystems. Then campers travel to Mystic Seaport Museum where they will be actively sailing in boats on the Mystic River each afternoon. Campers will need to come prepared to be on the water each day as the campers will be the ones sailing the boats. Campers will enjoy learning the basics of sailing terminology, seamanship skills including knot tying and rigging, boat handling, and the enjoyment of sailing. This camp provides your camper with the unique opportunity to see the Mystic River from above and below as they also learn to sail.

Kennolyn Day Camp offers the perfect outdoor adventure for your child, set on 450 acres of privately owned redwood forest in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. With convenient bus stops in Campbell and Los Gatos getting there is easy. Your child will spend a full day screen-free and fully engaged in activities like archery, high ropes, ninja, fencing, swimming, horseback riding, and more! With a 1:4 staff-to-camper ratio and a nurse on duty, you can feel confident they’re in good hands.

This summer wrestling camp is designed to give youth wrestlers a strong technical foundation and a clear path for improvement heading into the next wrestling season. Over three days, athletes will train in a structured, high-energy environment that balances technical instruction, live drilling, and fun.

The Capron Park Zoo Education Department is proud to offer our summer programs for 2026. These week long programs are designed to inspire a love of nature, respect for animals, and a passion for conservation through an exciting combination of zoo exploration, age appropriate games, outdoor activities and as much hands-on learning as we can safely offer.

This 5 day, rigorous extended-day program offers time to dive deep into pond science through hands-on exploration at Franklin’s Pond. The program emphasizes observation, experimentation, and discovery as children think like scientists and naturalists. Participants build skills in critical thinking, data collection, collaboration, and environmental stewardship while developing a meaningful connection to the natural world.

Explore and create in this cooperative camp opportunity that will bring out the nature-loving artist in your child. This shared camp between the Mystic Museum of Art (MMOA) and DPNC will use the natural landscape of the grounds and it’s animal residents as inspiration for constructing sculptures, textiles, sketches, paintings and more! Discover the wonderful sounds, patterns, colors and rhythms of animals and how that can be translated into art. Get ready to go wild for animals and art!
