Pigs love rooting around in the dirt, and it turns out harvesting potatoes isn't so different. Get your hands dirty on September 19th by digging for fresh potatoes that have been growing all summer, scrub them clean, then head to the kitchen to slice, season, and bake a simple and delicious snack.
