Kindred Roots Holistic Healing Center is a community-centered healing space offering a menu of trauma-informed care and wellness strategies to help you reach your own health goals.
We offer counseling, coaching, trauma-informed yoga, group meditation, kids’ wellness classes, Reiki (training, shares and individual sessions) and more.
