Winter Solstice Walk!: After Dark - At NRT's Sheep Pasture
Reflect on the year behind and the one ahead, on the longest night of the year!
Celebrate the year's end on the longest night of the year! NRT Educator Tristan will lead a guided hike under the light of the half-moon, exploring traditions and stories about the winter solstice from around the world. We'll also take time to reflect on what we are grateful for from the past year, and what we look forward to in the coming year.

In our Sheep Pasture After Dark program series, you can expect to discover nature in a whole new way! NRT Educators will guide you through our property after nightfall, when our trails are closed to the public! Each program features a unique topic, and are suitable for all ages unless noted otherwise.
All hikes are slow-paced on relatively-level trails, and we encourage you to bring flashlights, good walking shoes, plenty of water, and anything else you might need for our 90-minute excursion!
Sheep Pasture After Dark programs will meet in front of the Carriage House. The Carriage House can be found across the driveway from our chicken coops - it’s the building with two sets of double doors and the concrete ramp! The physical address for the Carriage House is 307R Main Street, North Easton.
Sheep Pasture After Dark programs are 100% outdoors, rain or shine – make sure you come dressed for the weather! In the event of severe weather, we will update this event post to reflect any cancellations or rescheduling.
