Space Explorers Camp

Space Explorers - Discover the wonders of the universe, design rockets and simulate lunar moon missions with our robots. Blast off into an adventure that’s truly out of this world! At our Space-Themed STEM Camp, elementary-aged astronauts will explore the wonders of space through exciting hands-on activities.  This week of STEM exploration will spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and ignite a passion for science and engineering. Camp Policies

Accommodations

If your child receives classroom accommodations, we kindly ask that you discuss their specific needs with our camp staff before registering. This allows us to determine if our camp environment and programs are the right fit to support their success and enjoyment.

Meals and Snacks

Campers must bring a peanut-free lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle daily.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available based on the following schedule:

• 100% refund: Cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the camp start date

• 75% refund: Cancellations made 3 weeks before the camp start date

• 50% refund: Cancellations made 2 weeks before the camp start date

• 25% refund: Cancellations made 1 week before the camp start date

• No refund: Cancellations made less than 1 week before the camp start date

Missed Days

We do not offer credits, refunds, or makeup sessions for missed days or times.

Discipline Policy

At MobileQuest, we strive to create an environment conducive to learning and fun. To ensure this, we have clear behavior expectations:

1. Listen and follow directions.

2. Show respect to others, the space, and the equipment.

3. Use appropriate language and behavior.

Our approach to managing disruptive behavior is as follows:

• First occurrence: The instructor will discuss the behavior with the camper.

• Second occurrence: The instructor will notify the parent.

• Continued disruptions: MobileQuest staff will contact the parent, and the camper may be dismissed from camp without a refund.

Note: MobileQuest reserves the right to immediately remove any camper who engages in violent behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Drop-off is between 8:30–9:00 AM, and pick-up is between 3:00–3:30 PM.

For late pick-ups, the following fees apply:

• 1–15 minutes late: $25

• 16–30 minutes late: $50

• 31–45 minutes late: $75

• 46–60 minutes late: $100

Please note that two staff members remain on duty until all children have been picked up.
