Dr. Ryan Poling-Skutvik (RPS) is an Assistant Professor at the University of Rhode Island where he leads a research group at URI looking at all things soft and squishy! Outside of work he enjoys cooking, baking, coffee, and video games. In particular, he likes annoying his friends and partner by finding science in everyday activities. At “Queer Science”, we’re going to show how science can be fun, interesting, and, most importantly, queer! Be prepared to get your hands dirty and make a mess and hopefully learn a bit of science while we’re at it.
