"A PLAY IN A DAY (in the USA)," a Creative Workshop for all ages

Join us on Saturday, January 22 to create and perform a PLAY IN A DAY in PPL's beautiful new Auditorium!
12:00 to 2:00pm - Participants meet with Workshop Director Elizabeth Keiser and young playwrights from the Manton Avenue Project in a movement-driven workshop focused on community building and the theme "Places in Providence."
2:00 to 2:30pm: TIME FOR THE SHOW! Family and friends join to watch the finished play performed by the participants.
Then the SHOW! "A Play in a Day (in the U.S.A.)" performance will begin at 2 pm and will be open to the general public, with attendance limited to 45 people due to COVID 19 restrictions.

This workshop is free and open to the public, but registration is required! Please register here to participate in the workshop; if more than one person will participate, please list all participants on the registration form. "A Play in a Day" is an initiative by local playwright/performer E. Keiser which has been workshopped at the Washington Park Library and will be highlighted at the 40th Anniversary Festival in Kindleberger Park, Michigan as well as assorted local venues.
