This free, interactive workshop, led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), university educator, and mother Amber Yui, MPH, RDN, LDN, CHES, is an opportunity to explore how best to feed and parent through the formidable toddler years and beyond.

This workshop covers healthy snacking, family-friendly meal-planning, mealtime moves and countermoves, how to involve children, and numerous resources.
While this workshop is developed for the parent(s) of children from one to twelve years old, grandparents, caregivers, and health professionals are welcome to register.
