Overnight Snore & Roar - at Roger Williams Park Zoo

- Booking groups must have a minimum of 25 participants and keep to a maximum of 35.
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final payment.
- Full payment and necessary forms must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Deposit/Registration Information
This purchase of $300 is a non-refundable deposit and is required to secure a spot for the Snore and Roar Overnight program. This deposit will be applied to your final payment.

After your purchase, you will receive an email from the Education Department Registrar with important information concerning the next steps in the registration process.
Pricing
- Standard Overnight: $75 per person
- Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular: $95 per person (October-November)
- Holiday Lights Spectacular: $85 per person (December)
You will be contacted by the Education Programs Registrar for your final payment details two weeks prior to your event. Full payment and necessary forms in Sign-Up Genius must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Age and Chaperone Requirements
Participants must be at least 7 years of age and one chaperone over the age of 18 is required for every 4 participants under the age of 14.
Cancellations/Refunds
We are a rain or shine program. If the event is cancelled by Roger Williams Park Zoo, a full refund will be issued. If the event is cancelled by your organization/group or because the necessary requirements are not met, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 4 weeks' notice: All but your $300 deposit will be refunded.
- 2-4 weeks' notice: You will be billed for 50% of a minimum payment.
- 1-2 weeks' notice: 25% of your final payment will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days' notice: No refund will be issued.
Requests to transfer the date of your event are subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled visit to be considered. All transfers need to be within the season you purchased (Winter or Spring). Transfers cannot be applied outside of your purchased season.
Individual refunds will only be considered if the minimum number of participants have been met and will be considered based on the above policy. Please contact programs@rwpzoo.org if individual registrations need to be transferred or switched with different participants.
