Moonrise on the Seekonk - With Blackstone Park Conservation District
Native Americans named the April full moon the “Pink Moon”, to represent the color of the wild ground phlox. The phlox is one of the earliest flowers to bloom this month. Watch the Pink Moon rise majestically over the Seekonk River. Observe the night sky with telescopes for amazing detail. Hear music that is out of this world! Dress warmly. Bring picnics, blankets, family and friends.
