Hula Hooping & Spin Jam With Jesse Jewels - At Providence Innovation District Park
Join us for a series of free hula hoop classes hosted by Jessie Jewels, located in the Bally's Event Lawn adjacent to The Guild PVD Beer Garden.
Hula Hooping is for everyone!
This class is geared towards those with little to no experience. Play is an important source of relaxation and stimulation for children and adults too!
“Hooping” is an evolving form of movement, fitness and meditation. We don’t just learn to waist hula hoop! We also explore off body hooping, moving within the space of the hoop and rhythm. We also use the hoop as a tool to strengthen and stretch the limbs and core while having fun!
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
