Want to help your daughter feel her true power, boost her confidence, and build healthy connections?
This class will focus on self-empowerment, self-confidence, and self-love, and will be taught through through a variety of fun movement and non-movement activities including yoga, martial arts, dance, discussion, theater games, etc.
The weekly class will allow for community, connection, and support from peers and our inspirational female instructors.

Cost is $39/month to add-on for current members or $79/month for non-current members.
