Week-long workshop for intermediate to advanced string players.

Open to ages 12+
This week-long workshop for intermediate to advanced string players provides an introduction to Irish and Old Time styles of dance music covering polkas, jigs and more! Students will focus on learning by ear and will get the opportunity to explore and grow in stylistic techniques such as pulsing, left-hand ornamentation, accompaniment, and chopping.
