Camp Policies
Refund Policy
100% back if registration is canceled 4 weeks before start;
75% back if registration is canceled 3 weeks before start;
50% back if registration is canceled 2 weeks before start;
25% back if registration is canceled 1 week before start,
NO REFUND if registration is canceled less than 1 week prior to the start of the session
Missed Days
No credits, refunds, or makeup for missed days, or times.
Discipline Policy
The purpose of good classroom and camp management is to provide an environment conducive to learning and fun. Teachers have the right to teach and students have the right to learn. A disruptive student detracts from the camp experience and affects the enjoyment of others.
Students are expected to abide by these rules:
- Listen and follow directions
- Show respect to others around you, the space, and the equipment
- Use appropriate language and behavior
Our policy in handling disruptive children is as follows: First, the instructor will discuss the situation with the student; on the second occurrence, the instructor will notify the parent. If the situation continues uncorrected, the MobileQuest staff will contact the parent and the student will be dismissed from the camp. No refunds will be authorized in the event of a dismissal.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Camp Drop off is between 8:30 -9:00 and pick up is between 3:00 and 3:30*
*Late pick up policy and fees in place for any late pick-ups. We maintain two staff members on duty until all children have left the building.
Fees
1-15 minutes late -$25.00
16 -30 minutes -$50.00
31 -45 minutes $75.00
46 -60 minutes $100.00
