Refreshing , fun, therapeutic, invigorating- a few words to describe Goat Yoga. Join us and the new babies of 2023 in pure bliss. Wanna have a BLAST?
Join Christine Reed for her version of GOAT YOGA/ Mindfulness practice. It’s our seventh year of classes & private parties and it keeps getting better.
This practice is accessible to EVERYONE! Please remember to wear “farm friendly” shoes and comfy cloths that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. This is a REAL WORKING FARM with gorgeous scenic vistas filled with wild flowers, grazing cattle and our happy goat herd.
PLEASE BRING A TOWEL, BLANKET OR OLD YOGA MAT . We do have a few um, rustic mats to loan, but recommend bringing your own. You’ll also want to wear sun protection and bug spray effective against ticks. Bring cameras/phones, water and something with which to tie up your hair, but that’s about it.
