Art in the Park

Art in the Park connects families and communities, engaging children in reading, art, and collaborative discussions with themes such as the importance of kindness, respect for others and ourselves, perseverance, and community.

Join The Empowerment Factory on a free family art adventure in the park this summer! These small community events are geared for families with children entering grades K-5. Each event includes a story-time, art project, and mindfulness exercises to help us regulate our emotions, get creative, work together, and, most importantly, have fun!
Come see us Wednesday and Thursday evenings July 15th - August 20th
Wednesdays 6-7pm in Pawtucket: Fairlawn Veterans Memorial Park
Thursdays 6-7pm in Providence: 195 District Park
All supplies are provided, and there is no cost to participate. Walk-ups are welcome, but registration is appreciated online or by calling (401) 365-1010.
