Join us for a weekend of MAPLE MADNESS and 100% wholesome family fun at our annual Eastern CT Maple Festival. We have lots of family activities, children's crafts and games, bouncy houses, carnival games and contests to keep kids of every age entertained. Your favorite food trucks, lots of maple flavored treats, jams, honey, spices, candles, soap, jewelry, clothing, baskets, pet treats, bread, baked goods, cannoli, fudge, cotton candy, kettle korn, fried dough, knitted items, toys, handmade cutting boards, and so much more! There will be maple sugaring demonstrations, presentations on the history of maple syrup, cooking with maple syrup, information on agriculture and all that is beautiful in the Last Green Valley.
