Saturday, June 25 will be WBNA’s first ever Garden Stroll. Neighbors throughout Federal Hill and the West End will be opening their gardens to a free public self-guided tour. All kinds of outdoor spaces will be on display, and the day will feature activities for kids of all ages including art making, sound mapping, and a scavenger hut. Meanwhile parents can enjoy mini-workshops on urban chicken keeping, composting, pollinator cultivation, and more!

Join us for WBNA’s first ever Garden Stroll! On June 25, neighbors throughout Federal Hill and the West End will open their gardens to a public self-guided tour. All shapes, sizes, and varieties of gardens will be on display, and the day will feature activities for kids of all ages including art making with 15 Minute Field Trips, sound mapping at Moniker Brewery, and a neighborhood-wide scavenger hut! Mini-workshops throughout the neighborhood will also teach about urban chicken keeping, composting, pollinator cultivation, and more.
Businesses throughout the neighborhood will be offering special deals to Garden Stroll attendees, and environmental groups will be distributing information and engaging with community members of all ages. On the day of the stroll you can stop by WBNA (1560 Westminster St) between 10am and 2pm to pick up a FREE map with all the participating gardens and the schedule of activities, then set out to chart your own path through the creative outdoor spaces of our neighborhood!
