Yoga for Kids - At East Smithfield Public Library

Children will be guided into gentle movement exercises using the power of their imagination and learn breathing techniques that will calm and center them.
This program is for children ages 2 to 5.
Ms. Pauline is a certified yoga teacher practicing since she was 17 years old.
