The Empowerment Factory (TEF) is dedicated to giving children the skills they need to lead happier, healthier, more empowered lives. TEF provides free enrichment programs for elementary youth that focus on three areas of development- creativity, self-esteem, and civic pride. Our Creative Squad programs' unique social emotional learning (SEL) curriculum helps children to understand and manage their emotions, set and achieve positive goals, make responsible decisions, feel and show empathy for others, and develop and maintain positive relationships.
The Empowerment Factory’s in-person and remote Creative Squad programs blend social emotional learning (SEL), art, literacy, and environmental education, providing children with the skills to be successful in school and in life.
