East Greenwich Turkey Trot

The Main Street Association of East Greenwich is proud to once again sponsor the East Greenwich Hill and Harbour Turkey Trot 5K Race and Fun Run taking place on Saturday, November 30th. The 5K will start at 8:30AM and the 1 Mile Fun Run will start at 9:30AM. This year's beneficiary is the EGHS Booster Club!

The Turkey Trot is a fully sanctioned and certified 5K race, with prizes for top finishers in multiple divisions. The course highlights much of the beauty of East Greenwich, which includes Main Street, the waterfront, and the hill district. This event is held annually on the Saturday morning after Thanksgiving. Last year saw over 550 runners and all indications show that this race will be even bigger. In addition to the 5K race and Fun Run, the festivities included crafts and music. Whether you are a runner, a spectator, or a volunteer The Turkey Trot allows the entire community to get involved.
